    In June 2026, in Ouellé and its surrounding hamlets, Honorable Innocent Yao equipped 12 village groups with sprayers, transport tricycles and food-crop seeds, and supported their formal registration as cooperatives. Pilot maize and cassava plots recorded a 35% yield increase, benefiting 450 women and young farmers.
