Data collected

The Citizen Services portal and Contact page forms collect a name, a telephone number or email address, the village or sub-prefecture of residence, and a description of the request. These elements are required in order to process the request and reply.

This site sets no advertising cookie and embeds no third-party analytics tracker.

Use and disclosure

Data is used solely to handle the citizen’s request within the parliamentary office and, where applicable, to forward it to the competent public service for processing. It is never sold, rented, or used for commercial purposes or electoral canvassing.

Retention and rights

Requests are retained for as long as needed to process them and to follow up the case during the current mandate. Anyone may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by writing to contact@innocentyao.com.
