Legislative initiative aimed at simplifying land titling procedures and waiving administrative fees for youth aged 18-35.
Why this initiative
Secure land title is the precondition for agricultural credit and long-term investment. The bill responds directly to the finding carried since 2018 by JPDCI Rurale: without a land certificate, a young farmer can neither borrow nor plant for the long term.
